Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Angel’s Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC “We Make Your Space Sparkling Clean Every Visit” 1. Service Agreement By scheduling or confirming services with Angel’s Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC (“the Company”), the client (“the Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. 2. Scope of Work Services will be performed as outlined in the estimate or proposal provided. Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges. 3. Booking & Deposits A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance is due immediately after completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. 4. Access to Property The Customer must ensure the cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not granted (locked doors, missing keys, alarm issues, etc.), a $50 lockout fee or forfeiture of deposit may apply. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. 6. Payment Policy Payments are due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or debit/credit card (processing fees may apply). Late payments may result in a $25 late fee after 5 business days. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please report any issues within 24 hours of service. We will return to address the area of concern at no extra charge. Refunds are not provided once the cleaning has been performed. 8. Liability & Damages Our team is trained and insured. However, Angel’s Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for: Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or pre-existing damage. Items not secured properly or surfaces with unstable finishes. Damage caused by faulty fixtures, electrical issues, or unsafe environments. Customers must inform us of any delicate or high-value items before cleaning. 9. Safety Cleaners will not move heavy furniture, climb ladders over 2 steps, or handle hazardous materials (bio-waste, mold, etc.) for safety reasons. Pets must be secured during service hours. 10. Supplies & Equipment We provide all necessary cleaning products and tools unless otherwise requested. Eco-friendly options are available upon
